QUEENSGATE SOUTH

A custom home community of 32 single family homes in the Southridge area of Kennewick, WA. Bringing urban designs to TriCities, Valley View focuses on efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Fairhaven Townhomes

A community of 70 townhomes in South Richland, centrally located with great schools, scenic natural views of Badger Mountain, Columbia River shore parks; easy access to shopping, with retail giants like Costco, Target, Walmart, and the bustling Queensgate commercial hub; and easy work commute, Fairhaven Townhomes offers a balance of urban yet close to serene outdoors.

This project is being built in collaboration with Green Plan Construction LLC, a consumer driven Construction Company focused on providing a superior energy efficient home at a competitive price. The development offers distinct townhome plans with elegant interiors, tastefully crafted finishes, a dedicated backyard, attached garage, and additional vehicle parking.

WILLOW HEIGHTS

This is a community of 90 townhomes in Madras, Oregon. With 3 distinct floorplans to choose from, you can find just the right new home for your family.

 

Conveniently located near parks, mountains, and only 1 mile from the Madras Aquatic Center, Willow Heights offers a beautiful place to call home while simultaneously appreciating the great outdoors.

LEGACY PROJECTS

Completed in 2020, Clearwater Court is a 22 duplex project located in Kennewick, Washington.


This project is a first of its kind product, an efficient rental hybrid between apartments & single family. This project, for the first time tested the city of Kennewick’s land use to understand the minimum lot sizes for duplexes/townhomes. Each home consists of 1500 sft, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with attached garages and a private backyard.  

 

This project was developed in collaboration with Green Plan Construction LLC, a consumer driven Construction Company focused on providing a superior energy efficient home at a competitive price. GPC is owned by local builder, Stan Nuxall, with experience in award winning residential design and construction of energy efficient housing in the Tri-Cities

MidtownLegacy.png

Building on the success of Clearwater Court, Midtown Village was one of the first project to come up with zero lot line townhome product for Kennewick.

 

Completed in 2022, Midtown Village is comprised of 32 townhomes. Each of these 1500 sft, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom homes also boasts granite counter tops, full height backsplash, stainless appliances, pantry, attached garage, and a spacious backyard.
